Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your Photoshoot, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling Fee: Each client is allowed one reschedule, subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. Deposits: Please note that all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Overtime: An overtime fee of $75 per half hour applies only if your scheduled photoshoot goes over the allocated time. Over time is not promised and is solely at the discretion of the photographer. Arrival Time: We encourage clients to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your scheduled session for a smooth and enjoyable experience. Refunds for Birth: In the event of child birth prior to your scheduled session day, you may be eligible for a full refund. To qualify, you must provide proof of the birth date of your child. The birth date of your child must occur BEFORE the scheduled session. This policy will not be granted to anyone over 35 weeks expecting. Hair and Makeup is included in your package. Your Hair and Makeup team will be chosen by BeAbstrakt Photography LLC. You will be turned away from service if you are experiencing any of the following: Hair Lice, Cold Sores, Open Wounds on the face or any hygienically unacceptable faults at the discretion of the Hair and Makeup Team. Sanitary service is a number one priority for us and the safety of all clients.
